Q: What does pre-order mean?

 

A: Pre-ordering reserves the latest items from upcoming collections before they are available.  Each pre-order item is assigned a pre-order date to indicate when it is expected to ship.

 

Q: How do I pre-order an item?


A: All items eligible for pre-order will be marked “Pre-Order” when you add the item to your bag at 
Krudco.com . Simply add a pre-order item to your bag just like any other item, and check out.

 

Q: When will my pre-order arrive?

 

A: We will ship your pre-order as soon as it becomes available. Once each item ships, we will send you an email containing the tracking information. We do our best to ship pre-order items as close to the estimated ship date as possible. In the event that an item is ready to ship later than expected, rest assured that we are working to expedite your order and will try to keep you updated of any changes.

 

Q: Why did my pre-order arrival date change?

 

A: Sometimes, the items arrive at our shipping center later than expected. As soon as the item arrives at Krudco., we promptly pack it up, and ship it to you immediately.

 

Q: Can I change the color or size of a pre-order item?

 

A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an existing pre-order once it has been placed. However, you can cancel the item from your original pre-order and place a new order for the new color or size you would like. If you need assistance, please contact us at 585-325-4790 and we will be happy to help. 

 

Q: Can I pre-order more than one item at a time?

 

A: Yes, you can pre-order as many items as you would like. Each pre-order item will have its own expected ship date and we will ship it to you as soon as it is available.

 

Q: Why is the item shown online before my order has shipped? 

 

A: Sometimes the status of pre-order items on our site is updated before we are able to ship them out. We assure you we are working on getting your pre-order packed and sent to you as soon as possible. If a few days have passed and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 585-325-4790.
