Lo-Phase Coffee Limited Whole 12oz. Whole Bean

Lo-Phase Coffee’s first limited release of 2023 is from La Canada, Oaxaca in Mexico. This region is a remote farming community with rugged terrain at an elevation of 1550-1650. These fair trade ethically sourced coffee beans are farmed by approximately 40 families under the guidance of Guzman Feria. The 30-hr dry fermentation and washing process gives way to a bean full of flavor; fruity green apple with a smooth, sweet brown sugar and peach finish. Lo-Phase coffee is owned and operated by Upstate NY native, Marvin Gay.
